The Sales Blueprint
 

The Blueprint is a strategic roadmap designed to drive superior performance over time.

At stage 1, the participant selects performance goals from the training course content. Performance goals are personal development goals focused on skill improvement or performance standards such as sales metrics.

At stage 2, participants are assessed against skill/performance standards prior to attending training. Targeted learning is intended to close any knowledge and skill gaps. Training is designed to optimize performance outcomes, hence "relevant skills" are aquired and developed for the primary purpose of improving performance.

At stage 3, delegates engage in deliberate practice training activities by way of Video Interactive Practice (VIP). VIP enables participants to engage in deliberate practice using everyday video technology.  
 
At stage 4, the acquired skills are developed through "progressive repetition" which drives transfer and application to the daily job. Learning transfer is carefully managed by your VIP expert coach.

At stage 5, performance is improved through repetition and refined over time into superior performance. Experts say It takes about 10,000 hours to become an expert. Research has shown that one's level of expertise is commensurate with the amount of daily/weekly time engaged in deliberate practice and the total duration of time (long term) that the person continues with it .
